How much does it cost?
€1,000 per hire, once. That is a €250 admin fee, invoiced after your first call and before we send any CVs, and a €750 balance invoiced when you hire. There are no monthly fees and no salary markup.
Is the admin fee refundable?
No. The €250 admin fee is non-refundable. It covers the work of briefing, screening and shortlisting for you.
How fast can someone start?
You meet 3 vetted candidates within 7 to 14 days of your first call. Start dates then depend on the notice your chosen candidate needs to give.
Who employs the person I hire?
You do. You employ or contract them directly and you own the relationship. We handle the introduction and then step out of the middle.
How does payroll work?
You pay your hire directly. We don’t run their payroll and we don’t take a cut of their salary. We explain the options on your first call.
What about contracts?
The contract is between you and your hire. We walk you through how it usually works on your first call.
Will they work my time zone?
Every candidate tells us which hours they can work. You choose UK, US East, US West, EU or flexible in your brief, and we only introduce candidates who fit.
What if it doesn’t work out?
If there is a major issue with your hire, for example they don’t turn up to work, we replace them free of charge.
