Do I have to pay anything?
No. We never charge candidates a fee, at any stage. Employers pay us when they hire.
Who receives my application?
The Team Plug Ltd, a private company registered in Cyprus. Our team in Cyprus does the screening and makes every decision.
Who will employ me?
The client does. They hire you directly and agree your contract and pay with you. We don’t sit in the middle.
Will you share my CV with employers?
Only with your consent, and only after your first screening call with us. The consent wording is in the application form.
How long do you keep my data?
24 months. After that we ask if you want to stay in the talent pool, or we delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
When will I hear back?
We contact you when a matching role opens. We can’t promise a timeline for every profile, so keep your email and WhatsApp number current.
What do I need to work with clients?
Stable internet, your own laptop, a quiet workspace and backup power. Depending on the role, you may need to overlap with UK or US hours.
What rate should I put?
Your expected monthly rate in US dollars. Be specific. It is one of the filters we use to match you with roles.
